-What Inspired the author to Make this Comic Book?

In terms of Theme, this series is inspired by other comic book series like Asterix, Spirou, Lucky Luke, and Tintin, as Examples.

Moneybag was based on Nintendo's character Wario, due to the similarities in his strength, greed, personality and weight.

As for Walletina, being a more unique character than Moneybag (especially for the sharp teeth in her zipper mouth), it's more complicated to explain, but in terms of sisters' relationship with Moneybag, Waluigi, Wario's brother, is one of the examples. The zipper mouth itself was based of Belly Bag's Mouth, from the Cartoon Network Series, Uncle Grandpa.

-What's the Age Rating of this Comic Book?

This Series doesn't have as many adult jokes, especially about sex and violence, compared to South Park as a fair example, but it still does contain "Moderate" language and situations, especially in between 14 and 18 years old, in some cases.

-Who's the main targets of this Comic Book?

The main targets of this comic are mainly Americans, due to their culture where the main characters are located, those who have fetish relationships with fat people and giants, and other family members and friends who supported the author's sketches.

-Will this comic book have International Releases?

Despite the fact that the author prefers doing the sketches in english due to:

1- The fact he has been reading english and portuguese in his baby years;

2- The fact of her mother used to be living America as a kid;

3- The fact he has family members living in America, or at least used to live, no matter the fact they were born in Portugal. For Example, his Uncle Grandpa Mario Lives in Las Vegas.

...there's the extremely Obvious fact that the author does indeed has plans to release the comic in many different languages. He'll most likely have to get some mutuals over discord to help him out with certain international releases if he wants to.

-What other plans the Author has that are in no way related to the comic in general?

The author also thought of making a Platform game inspired by icons such as Mario, Crash, Metroid, Castlevania, Zelda, among others. Although this game is set in a different world, there are other characters outside of the comic book series that the Author made.

In fact, Moneybag and Walletina are not even the author's mainest characters at all. Instead, they are the little pink-skinned young man Snoopman and the Supreme Leader of an empire nestled in the underworlds of the Grand Canyon: Clayrabella.

-Why does the Author always keep 10 empty spaces everytime you add Side Characters/Antagonists?

Because he can think of so many random and varied characters, with whatever peronality he can think of that God knows how many he wants to add them in his next episode.
